Don't get me wrong, it's functional. But the gauge of the metal is THIN! I've used it several times and yes it works decent, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it makes it to another year. It is definitely not worth what I paid for it ($165???). OH! I also had to spend a good hour removing gray epoxy adhesive that had wicked out over maybe half the tiles this adhesive hold in place. The only thing that helps ease my mind was the free shipping which saved me $25 or so.
