These work perfectly. The two prongs keep what you're cooking from twisting around and cooking one side only. The prongs are long enough that we could fit two hot dogs or four marshmallows (not that kids would EVER want that many at once) and the different colored wooden handles don't get hot or confused with someone else's. They were also easy to clean - we had a bucket of "emergency" water they stood them in when finished to keep the marshmallows from drying on. No more fighting about which stick/hanger belongs to who with the well marked colored handle ends. Seem very durable. I also love that they have two prongs so those marshmallows that I love to eat totally burned don't fall off when they are on fire.
